Unforgivable
Through a Child’s Eyes
A boy’s fight to rise above loss, trauma, and anger.
Unforgivable is a gripping historical biography that follows Frits, a young boy whose world is torn apart by illness, abuse, and the horrors of Nazi-occupied Netherlands during WWII. Sent to a harsh children’s home and haunted by the loss of loved ones to Auschwitz, Frits struggles with anger, grief, and feelings of worthlessness.
As he grows, he faces the challenge of choosing between bitterness and forgiveness. This compelling story explores trauma, resilience, and redemption with raw honesty and hope.
Ideal for readers of WWII historical fiction, coming-of-age dramas, and emotionally powerful stories about healing.

Unforgivable is a compelling story about the challenges which people face and the difficulties they endure. It is a tribute to the spirit that finds the will to live and fight against almost unbeatable odds. This very human story is one of love and hate, positive and negative emotion.

WOW for this book!! I was completely immersed in Frits’s story. So moving! So infuriating! So haunting! So inspiring!
I strongly recommend Unforgivable.
